Firefighter Tool Straps & Holders

Founded by a seasoned firefighter from the suburbs of Chicago, Firefighter Straps Inc. emerged from over two decades of firsthand experience in firefighting. This journey highlighted a personal quest for efficiency and convenience when it came to carrying essential firefighting tools.

About Us:

Since 1998, I have proudly served as a firefighter in the suburbs of Chicago, and in 2014, I was honored to be promoted to Lieutenant. Throughout my career, I have depended on the combination of a New York Hook and Halligan bar as my primary set of extrication tools. While these tools are incredibly versatile, I found they often had compatibility issues and were cumbersome—especially during critical moments like accessing Knox Boxes or addressing fire alarm panels. Faced with the frustration of inadequate marrying straps available in the market, I decided to address this gap by developing my own solution.

After successfully creating a marrying strap that aligned with my needs, fellow firefighters from my department and surrounding areas took notice and expressed interest. Their feedback ignited my resolve to expand production, convincing me of the potential advantages these tools could bring to firefighters everywhere. Thus, Firefighter Straps Inc. was established, rooted in practical innovation.

Our Mission:

At Firefighter Straps Inc., we recognize the significance of delivering quality, affordability, and timely availability for essential firefighting equipment. Drawing from my extensive experience in purchasing apparatus equipment, I have experienced the difficulties posed by high costs and lengthy lead times. This insight fueled my ambition to develop a range of multi-use sewn webbing products specifically designed for the unforgiving demands of the fire service.
