The fan carrying strap was designed to be used with fire service fans to help firefighters carry fans up stairs or over terrain that does not allow the fan to roll. The sling is quickly removable with the click of a seatbelt buckle and adjustable at both ends. The female seatbelt buckles are installed on the fan by girthing the 1" webbing loop around the fan frame. The female buckles stay on the fan all the time and if the need to carry the fan arises, the firefighter quickly clips the sling into the buckles. The sling can also be used to hang the fan if needed.
